Shipping Availability

GoldenClubFind currently ships orders only to addresses within the United States.

Free Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the United States.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed before 12:00 AM CST (Chicago Time) are generally processed the same or next business day.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Because GoldenClubFind sells precious-metal products, certain orders may require additional payment or order verification before processing.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days

• Transit Time: 4–5 business days

• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–7 business days, including processing

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using established carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier and service used may depend on the destination, package characteristics, order value, and available shipping services.

For certain orders, particularly higher-value precious-metal shipments, additional delivery requirements such as signature confirmation may apply.

If an expedited shipping service is selected for a PO Box address, GoldenClubFind may use an alternative carrier or service capable of delivering to that address.

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order or backordered items, the order may be held and shipped once all items become available.

If you prefer available items to be shipped separately, please contact us before the order is processed. Additional shipping charges may apply where applicable.

Shipping Insurance

Eligible shipments may be covered by shipping insurance when available through the applicable carrier or shipping service.

Due to the nature and value of precious-metal products, some shipments may require a signature upon delivery or other delivery-confirmation measures.

If your shipment appears to be lost, damaged, tampered with, or otherwise affected during transit, please contact GoldenClubFind as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate carrier investigation or claims process.

Please report shipping-related issues within three (3) business days after the carrier’s recorded delivery date whenever possible.

PO Box Deliveries

Some shipping services may not be available for PO Box addresses.

When necessary, GoldenClubFind may use an alternative carrier or service capable of delivering to the provided PO Box address.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully verify your shipping information before completing your order.

If an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

GoldenClubFind cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the applicable carrier’s tracking system.

Delivery Delays

While we work to fulfill and ship orders within the estimated timeframes, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, peak shipping periods, address issues, security procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A shipping delay does not automatically constitute a cancellation or refund of an order. Please contact us if your shipment appears to be significantly delayed or missing.

Precious-Metal Shipments

Because GoldenClubFind sells American Silver Eagle coins and other precious-metal products, additional shipping and delivery procedures may apply to certain orders.

Depending on the order, destination, carrier requirements, and package value, GoldenClubFind may use tracking, signature confirmation, insurance, or other reasonable shipment-security measures.

These measures are intended to help protect orders during transportation and delivery.
